Gideon Ginat

Judge Ginat was a practicing attorney in the intellectual property fields for almost 20 years, representing numerous significant clients.

Between 1989–2019 Judge Ginat had presided as District Court Judge in the Nazareth, Jerusalem, Haifa and Tel Aviv District Courts. In 2010 he was appointed as District Court Vice President.

While presiding, Judge Ginat focused on intellectual property cases. Hundreds of his rulings are studied nation-wide, both by practicing attorneys and in universities. Judge Ginat also lectured in various intellectual property and aviation courses at the Tel Aviv, Jerusalem (The Hebrew Univ.) and Haifa universities.

Education: Judge Ginat holds a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) and a Master’s degree in law (LL.M.) with Honors, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Judge Ginat is an arbitrator in various arbitration proceedings in our IP-ADR Center, carried out nation-wide, at the location of choice.

Judge Ginat presides as an arbitrator or mediator also in varioius disputes of commercial and administrative nature.

Yoram Lichtenstein

Advocate Yoram Lichtenstein, who founded his firm in 2001, has been a practicing attorney in the intellectual property, technology, digital, and Internet fields of expertise for over 25 years.

Yoram litigated (and won) several distinctive and innovative cases including C.A 9183/09 The English Premier League v. John Doe on the Supreme Court and L.C. 46976-09-17 The New Channel 10 v. Guy Lerer.

Adv. Lichtenstein is also chairperson of the National Intellectual Property Committee of the Israeli Bar, and holds a chair on the managing team of the Israeli Bar’s Technology and Law National Forum.

Education: Adv. Lichtenstein holds a Bachelor degree in law (LL.B.) and a Master’s degree in commercial law (LL.M.), both from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Lichtenstein is a mediator in various mediation proceedings in our IP-ADR Center.

Adv. Lichtenstein acts as an arbitrator or mediator also in varioius disputes of commercial nature.
